About this venue

Historical Pier Ballroom (Rave Venue), The original indoor ballroom and pavilion structure had a maximum capacity of 2,000 people

Modern Open-Air Deck Following its modern rebuilding, the pier can hold up to 3,000 people for outdoor events and open-air raves

The classic indoor venue era effectively ended in 2008 when the pier was completely closed due to structural safety concerns. A devastating fire subsequently destroyed 95% of the superstructure in 2010
