Remarc
Remarc (born Marc Forrester, Brockley, south-east London) is widely regarded as one of jungle music's true pioneers, celebrated for groundbreaking, technically advanced production. He began performing reggae, rare groove and electro at house parties from age 13, and got his DJ break at 17 on pirate station Weekend Rush, progressing from hardcore into jungle. Dubbed 'king of the Amen' and a pioneer of ragga jungle, he released chopped-up productions on labels including Dollar (his own imprint), White House, Kemet, Labello Blanco and Suburban Base — most notably 1993's dark-side anthem 'Ricky', plus 'Sound Murderer' and 'R.I.P.', which influenced a generation of producers. Planet Mu's 2003 compilation 'Sound Murderer' serves as a retrospective tribute.
Rene LaVice
Rene LaVice (born 31 May 1990, Toronto) is a Canadian drum & bass producer, DJ and singer who debuted in 2009 on Canadian label Stride Recordings, then joined John Rolodex's Machinist Music imprint. Supported early by DJ Marky, Sub Focus, Total Science, A Sides, Sigma, TC and especially RAM Records boss Andy C, his RAM debut 'Headlock' (on the 'Dimensions 5' EP) drew praise from BBC Radio 1's Nick Grimshaw. His 2013 debut album 'Insidious' followed his RAM signing; his single 'The Calling' (ft. Ivy Mairi) reached UK Singles Chart #118 after BBC Radio 1 A-List support. In 2017 he became host of BBC Radio 1's drum & bass show, succeeding Friction, and has released albums 'Play with Fire' and 'Far From Perfect' plus remixes for Nero, Rudimental and Wilkinson.
Ribbz
DJ/MC active from the early UK rave scene, appeared on hardcore tapes and performed at events including Hardcore Heaven (The Sanctuary, Milton Keynes, 1999), Helter Skelter and North Radical Technology nights.
Richie
DJ/producer from the East Anglian rave scene, best known for sparkling drum & bass records made with Jay Hurren as JMJ & Richie. Their work helped define the 'liquid funk' sound on LTJ Bukem's Good Looking Records label, including a 1995 rework of 'The Western Tune'.

Rob Leiner (The Source)
Robert Leiner (b. 1966, Sweden), techno/acid producer-DJ who moved to Ghent, Belgium to work for R&S Records; recorded uptempo acid tracks as 'Source' (debut LP 'Organized Noise', 1993) and later 'The Source Experience'.
Rob Vanden
Rob Vanden grew up in Exeter when drum & bass dominated the city's sound, starting to mix jump-up D&B bought from a local specialist record store from age 16. Now based in southeast London and associated with the @one.seventy_ldn collective, he plays happy hardcore and drum & bass and hosts a monthly Sunday residency show, 'Room Two', covering jungle, drum & bass, UK garage and more.
